Founder and CEO Jake Johnston has directed more than $7.5M in real estate transactions and built the fund’s proprietary technology platform. Chief Operating Officer Cole Beeby has managed over 150 units valued at more than $7.5M with strong occupancy and operational efficiency. Together, our leadership combines entrepreneurial vision, operational discipline, and technological innovation to deliver on the fund’s ambitious targets.
